Data controller

The data controller is NoStack Kft. (registered seat: 9094 Tápszentmiklós, Fő utca 38., Hungary, company registration number: 08-09-038023, tax number: 32893566-2-08).

For data protection matters the controller can be reached at info@nostack.hu. Appointing a data protection officer is not mandatory and none has been appointed.

Data processed, purpose and legal basis

Contact form: the name, email address and message you provide. The purpose is to answer your enquiry and to stay in touch. The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in responding to incoming enquiries, and, where relevant, steps taken prior to entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Abuse protection: the contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process the visitor's IP address and technical browser characteristics to prevent abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Operational logs: when serving the website, the hosting provider's systems may log the visitor's IP address, browser identifier and time of access. Legal basis: legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for operation and security.

Web analytics: the website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure traffic in an aggregated, cookie-less way (for example page views, referrers, country and browser type). The service uses no cookies and builds no individual visitor profile. Legal basis: legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in measuring and improving the service.

Data processors

Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA): website hosting and CDN, the Turnstile abuse filter, and Cloudflare Web Analytics cookie-less traffic measurement.

Twilio Inc. (Twilio SendGrid, United States): delivery of the contact-form message by email.

Rackhost Zrt. (6722 Szeged, Tisza Lajos körút 41., Hungary): email hosting for the info@nostack.hu mailbox.

Transfers to third countries

Cloudflare and Twilio SendGrid are processors located in the United States. Personal data is transferred under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC), which provide appropriate safeguards for the protection of the data.

Data retention

Contact messages are retained until the purpose of the enquiry is fulfilled and for no longer than one year after the last exchange of messages, after which they are deleted. Operational logs are available only for the short period customary at the providers.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, or restriction of its processing, object to the processing, and exercise your right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

You can submit such requests to info@nostack.hu. The controller will fulfil the request within the period set out by law.

Remedies

You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., postal address: 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9., www.naih.hu).

You may also seek a judicial remedy. Proceedings may be brought before the regional court of your place of residence or stay.

Cookies

The website uses no analytics or marketing cookies and displays no cookie banner. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies required for security and the operation of the service, which do not require consent under the applicable rules. Traffic measurement (Cloudflare Web Analytics) also operates without cookies.

Changes to this notice

The controller reserves the right to amend this notice. The current version is always available on the website.
